Prerequisites for Data Analysis:

1. Certificate in IT
2. SSCE

3. Technically, Cisco has no formal prerequisites for the CCNA exam—anyone can sit for it. However, to actually succeed in the course, you should have:

   1. Computer Literacy: Comfort navigating operating systems (Windows/Linux) and managing files.

   2. Basic IP Knowledge: A conceptual understanding of what an IP address is (e.g., 192.168.1.1).

   3. Logical Troubleshooting: A “detective” mindset. Networking is 50% configuration and 50% figuring out why things aren’t talking to each other.

   4. Recommended (Not Required): Cisco suggests having about one year of experience in IT or general networking before attempting the certification.
