Our Speciality
Mediwat Water and Waste Water Quality Consulting has over decade of experience in carrying out consultancy and management of water quality and sanitation services. It is composed of highly qualified water quality and sanitation professionals in the field of Water, Waste Water Quality Consulting, in Northern States of Nigeria. Mediwat Water and Waste Water Quality Consulting, either as a company or through its individual staff had successfully carried out studies in Waste and Waste Water Quality, design and supervision of water quality assessment and management in various States of Northern Nigeria, particularly in Kano, Jigawa, Bauchi, Yobe, Bornu, Adamawa, Taraba and Gombe States. It had also been involved in carrying out consultancy for policies, regulatory and monitoring and evaluation of water and waste water quality at the regional level.
Consultancy for NAFDAC Registration.
It is mandatory that mineral packaged water shall comply with Nigerian Industrial Standard for Natural Mineral Water (NIS-554-2015) and Potable Water (NIS 306:2008). National Agency for Food and Drug administration and Control (NAFDAC) and Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) being the regulators in this respect, had to work with accredited Water Quality Laboratories and Chemists, Biochemists, Microbiologists and other Scientists who are members of Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN) to achieve this important objective. MEDIWAT WATER AND WASTE WATER QULITY CONSULTING is one of these organizations.
IPAN Registration
IPAN Act makes it mandatory for any Person(s) or firm(s) wishing to practice public analysis in Nigeria to duly register with the Institute. According to Section 19 (2), if any person who is not a member of the institute practises as a public analyst for or in expectation of reward or takes or uses any name, title, addition or description implying that he is in practice as public analyst, he is guilty of an offence and shall be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction
